Employment Services in London Ontario

We are an employment services program that helps support individuals with self-identified and diagnosed disabilities get jobs in the community. We partner with different business in the London and surrounding area to find meaningful employment for our participants. We offer a 4 week workshop for our selected participants to learn how to update resumes, cover letters, do mock interviews, learn about conflict resolution, communication styles etc. We have guest presenters from Fanshawe College, Canadian Mental Health Association and Youth Speaker Academy come in. We provide a wage subsidy to employers which is $16.55 per hour at 30 hours a week for the first 12 weeks. We support with accommodations, on site check ins, job mentoring and coaching. We support both the employer and the participant through the probationary period. We also provide external supports such as certificates, nutrition support, bus tickets/mileage etc.
